"Super easy and honestly saves me time"
I’ve used Mercato a few times now and it’s been simple, the website and app are easy to figure out, I can search for what I need without getting annoyed, checkout is quick, and I really like that I can reorder things I’ve bought before without having to hunt them down again. The app loads fine for me, the updates are easy to understand, and there’s not really much to complain about because it just works and makes grocery shopping a lot easier.

I ended up canceling my order and thought it might turn into a whole thing, but... it didn’t. The cancellation was easy, and the refund came back quickly without me having to chase anyone down.

I did appreciate the delivery texts because they were clear and kept me in the loop. The package still showed up a bit late though, and that kind of makes me trust the timing a little less for next time

I ordered from Mercato the packaging was better than I expected. Everything showed up neat, nothing was crushed, and there weren’t any leaks, which is always my main worry with deliveries. The fragile items were wrapped really well too. I actually opened the box while making coffee, which was probably a bad idea because I always get distracted and forget where I put the scissors, but it was easy enough to open and didn’t leave a huge mess everywhere. Overall, happy with how it arrived.

"Fair prices, and I felt in control at checkout"
I’ve ordered from mercato.com a few times now, and overall the prices have felt fair. I’m the type who always checks the total carefully before paying, just to make sure I’m not getting hit with surprise fees, and so far everything has been clearly shown before checkout. Some items are a little more expensive than they’d be in the store, but for the convenience, it still feels worth it to me. I’ve been happy with the experience

"Fresh stuff without the store run"
I ordered some fruit, veggies, and bread from mercato.com, and I was surprised by how fresh everything was. The lettuce was crisp, the berries arrived in great shape and weren’t smashed, and the bread was good too. It’s just really convenient, and I’m happy not having to make an extra trip to the store.

I ordered some groceries through Mercato and one of the items was out of stock, which normally sends me into a tiny shopping crisis. But instead of randomly swapping it or just leaving me to suffer without it, they actually texted me with a replacement option first, and I was weirdly impressed.
The substitute they suggested was basically spot-on and the price was totally reasonable, so I did not have to dramatically rethink my entire order. It made everything feel way less stressful, i’ll definitely use them again.

"Not really about the stores"
There just weren’t many store options near me. It’s not even about that one store being bad or anything, I just felt limited by what was actually available in my area.
